Hello everyone!

I truly hope this email finds you all well and spirits up as the weather is getting nicer! 😀

I would first like to THANK YOU all for your patience during these almost 7 weeks of lockdown. I know its been somewhat frustrating and inconvenient to many of you who would have liked to see me during this time. With that said, I believe the end is near and I will be so happy to see you all when I re-open very soon!

In the meantime, I would like to remind you that a big part of your recovery and continued health weighs on you keeping up with your home care.

Here are some quick Tips and Reminders to keep you on track to a happier, healthier you:

1. Stay Active – take time to go out for a walk each day. Aim for 60 minutes. Walking improves cardiovascular fitness, reduces risk of heart disease, manages high blood pressure, and improves joint and muscle stiffness and pain.

2. Hydrate – drinking fluids help the body to regulate temperature, keep joints lubricated, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly.

3. Ice and Heat – remember ice is for pain and swelling, heat is for muscle tension and joint stiffness.

4. Stretch and Strengthen – tight muscles need to be stretched and weak muscles require strengthening for optimum balance and alignment.

Remember, this is only temporary and we are coming out the other side. Keep focused and diligent with your health.

I look forward to seeing you very soon!

Osteo Carla
