Mandatory Symptom Screening Protocols for Clients
- Please do NOT come for your appointment if you or a family member is sick.
- If you or a family member is sick, please do not book an appointment until symptoms have resolved for 7 days and you have obtained a negative covid test.
- Please refer to the Ontario Government COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool prior to attending the clinic: Ontario Self-Assessment Form
- Pre-Screening: A Mandatory Symptom Screening will be e-mailed to clients 24hrs prior to their appointment to complete.
- All clients entering the clinic are advised to wash their hands upon arrival.
- Contact-less forms of payment are available (e-transfer, debit).
Our new protocols may seem strict; however, they are necessary to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
