I've never had osteo treatments before working with Carla. I was referred by a friend with a very physical job and some injuries. So I thought it was worth a shot to try and get some relief for the pain I was in. I'm so glad I did! The treatments have helped me so much. It amazes me how gentle it feels, compared to say a chiropractor, but how impactful it still is and how good my body feels after the treatment. I'm hooked on osteo now!

Carla is awesome. For 10 months, I had a neck issue that was causing pain and numbness down my arm. I tried chiro/physio/massage for several months with no relief. I went to Carla based on her great Goolge reviews 😊. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She said it might take several sessions before I see a marked difference, however, right after my first session I felt noticeable improvement. After a few sessions, I’m almost back to 100%. When I first went to see Carla I could hardly manage stairs without significant knee pain and taking baby steps at each tread. Having never been to an osteopath I wasn’t sure what to expect. Carla was very welcoming, calming and thoroughly worked on my physical challenge areas relating to arthritis explaining along the way. She has a gentle, yet effective manual technique and I was truly amazed at the improvement in just one appointment. Carla suggests and demonstrates focused exercises to improve mobility on my own which has been very helpful. Carla listens to my body. She can pick up on other possible issues and takes the time to explore and correct. For example, she recently helped release heartburn that I had been experiencing for some time. I appreciate that Carla has proven experience, she continues to learn and I like that she incorporates traditional Chinese medicine for a different perspective. After 3 sessions I can go up and down stairs with a more fluid movement and minimal pain. I feel so much better thanks to Carla’s care.
