Appointment Reminders and Changes

Email notifications will be sent when an appointment is scheduled or changed. 24 hours prior to the appointment an email reminder will be provided.

Therapist Cancellations or Changes

If I need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment, I will attempt to give you as much notice as possible and will alter my schedule where possible to accommodate rebooking.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

You are responsible for your own appointment. You have up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel. If you are suffering from the flu/cold/potential covid symptoms; please cancel your appointment.  If you attempt to attend your appointment with a fever, respiratory distress, vomiting, diarrhea or any other contagious symptoms you will be sent home and charged the full amount.  Any cancellation after the 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount. The fee for late cancellations or missed appointments is equivalent to the cost of the full appointment that was booked.
